01 / Send your BOM
Send the BOM. We'll get the parts.
We source, inspect and deliver your robot parts from vetted suppliers.
02 / Why RoboDepot
One partner, from BOM to bench.
01 BOM review
Every line checked before we quote
We check every line for gaps a supplier could trip on, like missing tolerances or ambiguous part numbers. Our automation team and manufacturing partners also run a DFM review across the whole BOM.
02 Suppliers
A vetted supplier network
Our suppliers cover a wide range of parts, electrical and mechanical, custom or off-the-shelf. You get a filtered set of competitive quotes that meet your specs from our vetted suppliers, but only deal with RoboDepot from quote through delivery.
03 Quality control
Every part inspected and guaranteed
We require manufacturers to provide complete documentation for your parts, and we check that the parts match your specs before they are delivered to you. You only pay for parts that meet your spec and work in your build.
03 / How it works
From specs to delivery in four steps.
We review your specs before anyone quotes them
Send the spreadsheet with drawings and datasheets, or links to them. We go over your specs with you, check every line for gaps and run a DFM review. If anything is unclear, we come back with questions and settle them before we quote, so the quote is for the parts you actually need.
A few competitive quotes per line
Each line is matched to vetted suppliers and priced landed, with parts, freight and duties included. If we can't source a line yet, the quote says why.
Checked against your specs before it ships
When parts are ready, we check them against your drawing or datasheet, and the manufacturer provides complete documentation. Parts that fail do not ship, and you do not pay for them.
Landed at your door, traceable after
We book the freight, clear customs and pay the duties, with status for each line in the app. Supplier, lot and inspection records stay attached to every part, so you can trace it later.
04 / Sample quote
What a quote looks like.
Every line you sent, what we found, what it costs landed, and when it arrives. Lines we cannot price yet say why.
